About Kasey Gryboski

She grew up in Atlanta and has lived the last 26 years in the Virginia Highland and Druid Hills neighborhoods. Kasey graduated from SMU in Dallas TX with a degree in Finance and went to work as a property tax consultant. She represented commercial property owners in appealing their property tax values.

 

In 1999, she got her residential real estate license and has represented numerous buyers and sellers of properties (single family, multi-family and condominium) throughout Atlanta. She specializes in intown neighborhoods including, but not limited to, Morningside, Virginia Highland, Buckhead, Decatur, Midtown and Druid Hills. Kasey has been a member of the Million Dollar Club with the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® numerous times throughout her career in residential real estate.

 

Additionally, Kasey has owned, leased and managed investment properties and completed extensive renovations on her last two homes and has renovated many investment properties. She and her husband built their current home in Druid Hills and recently completed construction on a spec home in VA Highlands. Her experience in construction and renovations can help buyers see the potential in any home.
