Meet Julie
As a native of Atlanta, Julie possesses an intimate knowledge of, and a passion for, the neighborhoods and communities found within metro-Atlanta. Former resident of Midtown, Decatur, Candler Park, Inman Park and several metro counties, Julie has been "studying" real estate in Atlanta since her parents first started buying investment properties in the 1970s!
Julie specializes in First Time Homebuyers, Investment Properties & Foreclosures, and the neighborhoods that are considered to be Atlanta's prime intown neighborhoods.
In addition to her first-hand knowledge of the many neighborhoods that compose Atlanta's "intown", Julie also has first-hand knowledge of foreclosure properties and renovating as she has purchased and renovated multiple homes in Atlanta and neighboring areas.
Julie's mission is to provide superb customer service and to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with her knowledge, creativity and unique perspective.
