As an Atlanta native, Jessica combines deep Atlanta roots with fresh real estate expertise to help clients navigate one of life's biggest decisions. Growing up in Morningside and Virginia Highland neighborhoods, she brings unparalleled neighborhood knowledge and genuine passion for helping others find their perfect home.

With a business degree in marketing from American University and an MBA from UGA, Jessica spent 20+ years as a marketing and events professional, building the relationship and project management skills that now serve her real estate clients.

 

Her transition to real estate wasn't theoretical—after completely renovating her 100+ year old Morningside home, including gutting and adding a second story and detached garage, Jessica discovered her true calling in guiding others through their own real estate journeys.

Having lived in Decatur for 20+ years before returning to Morningside, Jessica understands both neighborhood evolution and the historical character that makes Atlanta's intown communities special.

 

Through her own extensive renovation experience, Jessica has developed expertise in identifying potential and hidden costs in renovation projects. She maintains a carefully curated network of trusted contractors, architects, and specialty vendors throughout Atlanta. 

Jessica's Atlanta story runs deep—from playing soccer, tennis, and basketball for Grady High School to her current passion for pickleball, tennis, and paddle. Her competitive athletic background translates into skilled negotiation and tenacious advocacy for her clients' best interests. When she's not helping clients, you'll find her exploring Atlanta's evolving food scene, traveling internationally, or enjoying walks with her energetic Labrador, Enzo.
