About David Vannort

 

He is one of the owners of Atlanta Intown as well as a very active sales agent in the market. David has been selling real estate since 1996, and before that was a senior manager and CPA with one of the largest accounting firms, specializing in real estate and banking.

David works with both buyers and sellers, specializing in intown properties (single family, condominium/town homes, and multi-family properties). David has many years of experience in renovation, and home staging which makes him uniquely positioned to help sellers prepare their properties for the market, and to help buyers envision the future potential in properties.

 

With his background in finance and accounting, David is especially skilled in pricing, negotiations, and in evaluating the return on a potential investment. David and his creative team excel at marketing, extensively using video and social media marketing.

David enjoys travel, entertaining, architecture, and renovation. He is also an avid yogi. David is an animal lover, and volunteers and has served on the Board of several local non-profits. He lives in Midtown with his partner of 30 years and his Labrador retriever, “Little Five.”

David has been a top-producing real estate agent since he began, receiving the Crystal Phoenix Award from the Atlanta REALTORS® Association for 20 years of top production (sales volume in the top 15% of all Atlanta REALTORS®), and has previously been ranked in the top 20 sales teams in the Atlanta Board. Past Performance may not be the only measure of success, but can you think of anything more assuring?
