The Wilburn House community offers both the options of historic and newer construction. The 11th Street mid-rise building was constructed in 1913 (renovated in 2001) by Atlanta’s first female architect, Leila Ross Wilburn and features predominantly one-bedroom floor plans. The original architectural finishes were maintained in the detailed restoration of the building. The 12th Street mid-rise building was constructed in 2002 to reflect the same architectural style as the 1913 building. There is a beautifully landscaped Japanese garden situated between the buildings. The Wilburn House is a controlled access building with a secured residential parking deck. Located in the heart of Midtown, The Wilburn House is just steps from multiple dining and entertainment options. The Fox Theater, Woodruff Art’s Center and Piedmont Park are all in close proximity.
