The Stacks name references the two tall chimneys that rise above the former Fulton Bag and Cotton Mill site. The manufacturing site was originally established in the 19th Century and was the working place of the mill workers community that gave rise to the adjoining Cabbagetown neighborhood. Converted first to apartments in the 1990s the Stacks morphed into a condominium community of over 500 residences. There could not be a more “true loft” (adaptive use) anywhere in Atlanta. The homes feature exposed brick, tall ceilings and fantastic views from the huge windows. The Stacks is a secured gated community with on-site property management and an abundance of guest parking. Amenities include roof decks, pool and fitness center. The Stacks is in close proximity to the Beltline, Kroger Market and multiple dining options on nearby Carrol Street.
