Plaza Midtown was constructed in 2006 by Daniel Corporation. The two high rise glass towers (417 units) are anchored by a Publix grocery store (accessible by elevator), and other street-level retail and restaurants. Each building has its own concierge and access to the amenity level that connects both buildings. The facilities include an outdoor pool, fitness center and clubroom. The clubroom can be reserved by residents for private functions. The building is comprised of one and two-bedroom flat “loft lite” style floor plans. All units have 10-foot ceiling heights and floor to ceiling glass windows with dramatic views of the downtown and Midtown skylines. Plaza Midtown is just a short block away from the Midtown MARTA station. Piedmont Park and The Woodruff Arts Center are also in close proximity. There is a secured residential parking deck that does not allow for guest parking (metered parking is available on the street in front of both buildings).
