Built by Crescent Heights Development in 2002 the Mayfair Renaissance mirrors the architectural style of the adjoining Mayfair Tower. The differences between the two buildings are an additional foot of ceiling height, larger balconies and a more extensive amenity offering. The Mayfair Renaissance (297 units) is a 35 story building with one, two and three-bedroom floor plans. There are five PH (Penthouse levels) with slightly higher finish levels that were sold by the developer at a premium. As a building can really have only one “Penthouse” level, this was more of a marketing idea during the initial sale of the building. The premium amenities include a pool, clubroom, media room, library, business center and 24/7 concierge. The building has a multi-level parking deck for resident parking, but very limited guest parking. The Mayfair Renaissance is just a block away from Piedmont Park and the Art’s Center Marta station.
